  • So Far So Good!

    Hi, My name is mike and from florida! Today is the 5th days for me on induction stage. So far, I lost about 12 pounds and that is without exercise. My Starting weight was 240 (4/8/0 and today my weight is 228 with a large lunch. I will be start doing exercise and reach my goal 190lb by Aug.

    I miss my (Beer) !!!!!!

    You lucky guy! That's a great start. I am green with envy. But don't feel like the exercise won't benefit you. I found that after I lost a lot I still looked flabby. The exercise toned everything up---and it helps you through the plateaus when they hit.

        It is crazy, I am at 225 now!!! It is like losing 3 pounds per day! I don't feel hungry at all.
        Here is my manu and please let me know if there is something wrong.

        10am
        B- Large bowl of seafood broccoli soup with 2 eggs.

        1 tbsp oilve oil.
        3 cup of water.
        2 eggs
        1/2 cup of broccoli
        3 size (16-20) Shrimps
        4oz seabass filet
        salt and pepper for taste

        snack
        1/2 cup of steam broccoli.

        2:30pm to 3pm
        L- Steak or Chicken + Fish
        Either a 12oz NY Strip Steak or 6oz Chicken breast and 6oz Seabass filet
        Grill with just salt, pepper and garlic powder.
        1/3 cup of Steam Broccoli

        snack
        1/2 cup of steam broccoli

        DINNER!!! 6pm ( I won't eat anything after 8pm)
        Same soup but only with 4 shrimps.
        1/3 cup of Steam Broccoli

        last snack for the day
        4 small cube of swiss cheese



        Florida is having water restriction right now, and I might get a ticket for drinking too much water =).

          I'm in FL too!! It is chilly in Tampa today!!! What is going on? LOL Anyway, awesome start. You will reach your goal in no time at that rate. WOW!
