Hi All!
Well I made it to day four and I'm starting to feel better...no headache, woke a little tired, but had my Atkin's breakfast and feel much better....have energy. I feel lighter...notice a little difference in my clothes, but I promised myself that I will wait until Friday (1 week) before weighing myself. My husband started Saturday and he weighs daily and he is down 3 pounds.

My husband makes the best fried cabbage with a few strips of bacon and some onion. The bacon and the bacon drippings in what he uses for the seasoning with maybe a little salt and some pepper. Is that okay to eat in moderation? It taste so good, but it would feel like Im cheating. I hesitate on some foods because I can't be certain of the combination of ingredients and count of carbs, fat, etc.
