  • Starting Induction in one hour !

    Hello everybody.
    I am 30, 5.4 and almost 237 pounds !!
I am so tired of being tired ! I feel depressed and have lost interest in most things i used to enjoy. I am not happy with how i look and i know this is causing me to be a recluse. I came across this site a while ago and have finally decided Atkins is the way to go. I have tried several diets several times but they all failed mostly because i couldnt stay motivated long enough .
This time around i wanted to be surrounded by others who are on same path as me and hopefully we can all be happy and healthy together.

I start my diet TODAY !! As soon as i get off my night shift. I am very excited and i know this time around i will make a difference.

    Warm regards
    Ashley

Welcome to the team Ashley, you have found a new home.
      40 year old male 6' 3"

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
