Hi fellow Atkiners,
I am on my 5th day of induction and so far so good.
I am also doing some ab exercises every night to get rid of stomachs.
I work out at the gym 3 days a week with cardio and weight training.
I will take any encouragement offered to me.
I think I am finally at a point in my life(53) that I want and need to get healthy.

but also add some veggies (brocolli or brussel sprounts or I've had smoked sausage
