    Hi everyone...it's my first time here
    Today is my start day and i think i'll go well...i want to lose about 35 lbs
    Wish me luck ...and thanks for all support...

              thank u all for support
              yesterday i have a very strong headache...but today i'm fine...
              i feel like don't want eat nothing...no meat no cheese no egg nothing...i feel bliahhh....but i'll try to keep it correct...so,i'm going to eat chicken brest with bacon, cheese ,little 2-3mushrooms and mayo....

                You can do it Dodina!!! For the first few days you may have the "flu" symtoms which are normal. BUT they do go away!!! Imagine all those toxins leaving your body...
