Hi everyone. My name is Sam and I have just come across this wonderful ADBB. After breaking my foot last oct and a few health issues I have gained about 1.5 stone! I am desperate to shift it. I started Atkins nearly 2 weeks ago and have followed it 99.9% religiously - but nothing. Really demotivated and at times just wanna give up. I have just started working again (in an office) and am worried maybe because I am sitting down most of the time that's why it's not working?
