    Hello Everyone

    Hello Everyone.

    My name is Ashley and I am 26 years old. I am a mother of one 9 month old. I have been eating like crazy and have put on so much weight in the past 9 months and I am just over it. I am sick of looking in the mirror and being disappointed.

    I started Atkins about 4 days ago and have lost 10lbs. I know it is a lifestyle that I need to get use to and I can loose the weight I want/need to.

    Hope everyone is having a great day and look forward to getting to know all of you in this journey ahead of me.

      Welcome Ashley! Congrats on the weightloss so far! That's awesome!

      Congrats on the baby too. I started my weightloss after my baby was born too...that is I started it a year after she was born....
