Hello Everyone.
My name is Ashley and I am 26 years old. I am a mother of one 9 month old. I have been eating like crazy and have put on so much weight in the past 9 months and I am just over it. I am sick of looking in the mirror and being disappointed.
I started Atkins about 4 days ago and have lost 10lbs. I know it is a lifestyle that I need to get use to and I can loose the weight I want/need to.
Hope everyone is having a great day and look forward to getting to know all of you in this journey ahead of me.
