Hello everyone!!
My name is Laura and I'm starting Atkins today
I'm so excited and have read the book up until Induction at least three times (no further yet as I don't want to confuse myself)!
I've been lurking on here for a while and all of the threads are really encouraging, which is good because people who aren't actually familiar with Atkins don't always have the best things to say
However, I feel I have educated myself now and am so excited to be starting this.
I'm probably going to be on here for a while as I get to grips with this big change, so please excuse me if I'm clueless at times! At some point today I hope to take some pictures of myself and depending how brave I'm feeling I may post them on here to keep myself motivated!
One question I do have is how to you all decide what your goal weight will be? I guess it'll be a mixture of personal preference and a healthy weight for your height?
