  • Goal Set, Positive Thinking...

Greetings, it is great to have a board such as this to introduce, meet and get support throughout this program. I have no doubts that I will be successful on this program because everyone must be positive. I am currently 267 and will be hit my goal of 185 on, or before, January 1, 2009. Thus, be positive, have a vision, say it to yourself and it will happen for us. All the things we need to make it take place will fall before us and we just have to do what is there for us. So, welcome to me and hello to everyone...

You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~

Thanks, Elise, I appreciate the water glass 'toast' - hope to give you one back when we both reach our goal. Then, onto life long living doing what is best for us and our families.

You are welcome Tygar. BTW...take your measurements as well. There are lots of times when the scale does not move but the inches do!

Welcome Tygar! You have a great outlook. I'm sure will be successful if you keep up the positive thinking. Also, I second what Elsie said about measuring. You'll be glad you did.
