  • Hello from Northern CA

    Hello all.

I've been doing Atkins religiously since about November of last year. I've lost a little over 50 pounds I think. I try not to weight myself so I keep pushing forward. I think I weight in the low 200s now. I look forward to learning more on this board.

Thanks you all. It would have been much easier I'm sure if I had this resource from the beginning. I'm looking forward to losing about 20 more.

Rungs..maybe you know it as steps?? After induction is the Veggie rung then the Dairy rung? We follow Atkins 2002 edition here. Since you are so close to goal you should be climbing the rungs so that you stand a greater chance of maintaining your weight lose. There are stickies to read in the forums.

50 lbs.!!! Wow! That's incredible. You've done a great job so far and I'm sure you don't have that much more to go. Just keep on trekking and keep us informed on your progress. You can do it!
