    Hello everyone!
    Here it goes. I'm ready to lose weight. I started on Monday and hope to achieve the results of losing some pounds. I was already about 30 # overweight when I quit smoking 6 Months ago. I now am up another 20. I am a little stressed right now because I LOVE bread and sugar. I stepped on the scales this morning and have lost 3 #'s YEAH!!!

    Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on those first 3 pounds!

    Now, about the bread and sugar....why love something that doesn't love ya back? I promise if you keep your Induction clean, and get a month or so under your belt of good low carb food, you'll never want to go back.

      Hi baby Withdrawal from carbs usually only lasts a few days. you'll be feeling great in no time. See ya 'round the board!





      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
