Here it goes. I'm ready to lose weight. I started on Monday and hope to achieve the results of losing some pounds. I was already about 30 # overweight when I quit smoking 6 Months ago. I now am up another 20. I am a little stressed right now because I LOVE bread and sugar. I stepped on the scales this morning and have lost 3 #'s YEAH!!!
