  • 2 weekd of induction done

    Hi all,

Just finished my 2nd week of induction and am down 10 lbs. I am pleased so far. I didn't measure myself before I started but the way my clothes fit I know I really did lose inches off my waist and hips. I would think more than 10lbs worth of inches. I plan to stay on induction longer as I have a great deal of weight to lose yet.

    Congrats Kim!!!
If I may, I suggest that you measure yourself now, just so when you stall or stay the same weight for a while, you can track your loss thru inches..
    Just a suggestion..

I totally agree with Trisha001's suggestion to measure yourself now.

      Congrats on your loss!

Thanks for the advice. I did go and measure myself for future reference. So now I can watch inches and pounds disappear.

WELL DONE!! Ten pounds is alot to lose in 2 weeks. Keep true to your eating and drink lots of water. Keep journalling as it will help you stay motivated and on track!
            Again, congrats!!

Congratulations! I bet you feel great! Keep up the good work and I agree, you should measure yourself now so that when you aren't losing lbs... you can see you are still losing inches. It can be frustrating to hit a stall and losing inches at least is a different way of measuring success.
