    Hello All!

    Not sure where I should put this post really, but as I havent been on the board for a while, sticking it in the introduce myself section felt as good a place as any!

    Just wanted to stop by and say Hi to old friends! I hope all is well.

    You may just see me on the board a little more from now on

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
