    Hi I'm Gis

    I'm new and I really need to be here. I'm a diabetic waiting to happen. I have to do this now. I hope I can do this now. I've been on the diet for about 4 days now and I am doing ok. My start weight is 260. Thanks for this forum. I will use it for help and support.

                      got down to 154 by spring but got off track & went up 10
                      Next Goal - To stop dickin' around and meet GW by Dec 30 2009

                          I hear everything you are saying!!! Diabetes is looking straight at me!! Something must have told us to start here. It's my first day today...hope to see you here lots!
