Well, I am new to this board and wanted to come in and introduce myself.
My name is Pati. I live in Chicago with my wonderful husband and our 2 kids.
I restarted Atkins induction for the umpteenth time and hopefully for the last time. I am pretty knowledged when it comes to this WOE but love the support one can find online so I thought why not make this a home for me.
Well, I am currently going through a bad induction flu but I am used to this as I have done it plenty of times. I just hope this is the last.

read the rules for beginners and find all the recipes. People here have gotten very creative with what foods they have to work with. Especially, induction foodstuff. Yesterday I was stuck and I was tired of my usual fare until I read about the "hot wing" recipe which is basically melted butter and hot sauce. I couldn't wait to get home to try this. My dry little chicken tasted so much better!
