Hello everyone. My name is Danielle and I started the Atkins diet on 10/13/08. My goal is to be back to what I used to weigh a few years ago between 150 - 155. So far, I started at 250 and today I weigh in at 235. The first couple of weeks seemed to go pretty good. Maybe it was because I was seeing my weight drop?
But I seem to be struggling a bit with not eating consistently.
I have never really been a person to have 3 meals a day. I used to eat maybe once or twice a day. This site gives me hope and it keeps me motivating to keep going. Thank you all for a chance to get my life back on track.
