    Hello everyone,

    I'm on my third day of the induction phase and I think I'm doing okay. I have so many questions about what foods are safe to eat. I've tried so many diets and failed in the past, but this one seems easy so far. I'm a big meat and cheese eater so I guess that helps.

    What salad dressings are safe for the induction phase? I've made my own with olive oil, vinegar and garlic powder, but I'm wondering if there is a Ranch dressing I can have. Also what brand of smoke sausage is safe? The one I bought has dextrose listed as an ingredient and I don't think that's allowed. Any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to ADBB. I
    I am in Canada so I am not so sure I can help you with brands. Try posting in the main forum or in the induction forum. I am sure others know. On induction I did mainly mayo as a dressing sometimes oil and vinegar. You are right about dextrose - it is basically sugar too.
