    Hello, I am both new to this site and new to atkins and still learning, I have pcos (poly cystic ovary syndrome) and am doing atkins to both better my health and to help with pcos and its affects, I am still learning about atkins and any advice i can recieve would be great.

    Reading the book is probably the best thing to do first off.
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km


    2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

        Well then you are off to a good start. Good for you. Lots of help and support in all the forums here. (But you've probably figured that out too already )
