  • hello!!!

    hi all!!
    i have done atkins before and er failed!!! so thinking of trying again in a couple of weeks to see how i get on.
    in the mean time i having been cutting out all my junk carbs (bread, pasta, sugar etc...) so hopefully when i start the induction phrase it won't be such a shock to my system!!!
    well i hope everyone is ok and happy new year to you all!!!!

    Start now. That is my best advice Don't worry about before. Most of the people here have had several "false" starts. There is a forum of Second Timers too with plenty of advice.
