Just coming back from a long time away (eating wrong). Age is really making it hard this time so I guess I need to get back to the book!
Induction here I come.
Welcome back and congratulations on digging into Induction again. Keep your induction clean, drink LOTS of water, take your vitamins and don't forget to introduce some form of exercise into your routine....they all go hand in hand. The exercise really does make a difference...start out by walking a bit....walking is the best!
You can do this, I know you can!
