    Thank you! Yes ma'am I have. The first week I was going through the whole flu bit and had little energy so I didn't work out that week. Once that passed I started getting in 20 minutes each day on my dual bike (400 calories) can't beat that! Plus I do 100ish crunches each day minus one day of rest. Thank you for the support and I am here if you need it as well!
