I'm new here, this is my first time posting here.I have done atkins before and lost about 40 pounds but i quickly gained it all back.So now it's time for round two!My biggest problem in the past is not having anyone to share this with so I figured this message board would be great this go around.I'm so excited to get to my goal and even more excited to have people to share it with.I can't wait to get to know you guys and hopefully be posting some progress pictures before too long.

Welcome. Glad you decided to jump back on the Atkins Wagon. As with any weight loss program, once you stop doing it and go back to your old way of eating, the pounds come back. That is why we refer to this as a WOE/WOL (way of eating/way of life). The people here are fantastic to motivate each other and make losing the weight a fun and happy adventure. Welcome to our family!
Best wishes.Starting Date 3/12/04 285/165/145 - F

Welcome Bella! I too have been there and done that, and am now on round two. My downfall before was not realizing this is a way of life but instead used it as a way to lose half a person. Mindset is everything. Good luck and we are all here for you.Male, 52, 6'4"

Hi Bella. Welcome to the board. Glad to have you here. You couldn't have found a better community to share your success with. Hop on over to the 14 day induction thread. You will get a lot of hand holding to help get you passed the critical first few days.
Also we have many exercise challenges to help you jump start those losses, in the exercise threads.
I'll look forward to reading all about your success!!

If you have any doubts or problems just holler (post on the induction forum) and someone will soon be there to help and advise or just encourage you to stay on track :hugWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
