Hi all. My name is Lina, I'm 27, and hopefully a soon to be grad nurse.
I have about 85 lbs to lose. This is my first time giving Atkins a go. I've tried just about every diet imaginable but never really gave Atkins much thought. I've always heard rave reviews about Atkins but was unsure if I could really live a low carb lifestyle. My biggest problem is that I LOVE my starches. After reading more about Atkins I've realized this may be a way of eating I can live with.
I haven't purchased a book yet. Any suggestions on what book is best?
Until I read more about Induction over the next couple weeks, I will start my own transition of cutting my intake of complex carbs and start using some of the Atkins products.
I have a long road to travel and I hope Atkins will help me get there. Hope everyone has a successful journey!

I might not have paid attention. It pays to read those labels.
