  • Hello Everyone

    I'm Cathy and live in Buckinghamshire England. I am new to the board and to Atkins. I started Induction on 2nd Feb and have decided to carry on with induction for another two weeks because I found it quite easy and I was not hungry. In fact I am eating more healthily now than I did before. lol

    As you can see below I lost 5 lbs in the first two weeks, but I am only weighing myself every fortnight because I know I could get a bit downhearted if I see no change after a week.

    I am looking forward to reading all the useful hints and tips and gaining inspiration from those of you who are winning or have won in your diet.

    Cathy, one problem with this WOE is that you very possibly will not see any change after the first week or so and the reason is your body is adjusting to this new way of eating and so the scales don't move. Saying that, often the tape measure does, so you might want to measure yourself or try on those tight jeans every so often to see how they fit.
