Hello Everyone,
I just re-started Atkins two days ago. I got down to 165 following Atkins about a year and a half ago. Since then I have been trying to follow low fat diets and they just do not work for me. I either find myself starving...or I eat foods that throw me into low blood sugar. I am back to Atkins for good! I thoroughly believe that fat is GOOD for us...and I love that my appetite is suppressed, I have much better moods, and my blood sugar is stabilized on Atkins.
I was looking at the before/after pictures and I am so inspired by all of you! I can't wait to be an after
