Hi everyone, Im new here, this is only my second week and Im getting a little frustrated cause I read how everyone one else looses 5-10 pds there first week, I know everybodys different but Ive only lost 3pds. This is what I usually eat:
Breakfast: scrambled egg
Lunch: salad w/ cheese and reg dressing
snack: peeporoni n cheese
dinner: meat with a salad
snack: sometimes a have a s/f jello
6-8 glasses of water
I do drink pop but its diet
If any one has any advice id love to hear it!
P.S. I was eating peanuts til I just found out i wasnt suppose to in intro.
