Hey everyone! I am Rhonda, and I am currently trying to lose 15 pounds. I have managed to get myself down into the 140's but have had a terrible time seeing the light of day in the 130's I run, work out, play on a softball team etc... but can't seem to get my weight down anymore. So, I am giving atkins a try. I have done it before and usually do well the first two weeks, and then I hit the wall. It just stops coming off. This time, I am trying to watch everything really close. I am 5 feet two inches and I am 42. My waist has stayed at about 34 to 35 inches, and that puts me into the overweight/obese section. (drag) I do know that most weight loss is achieved through food. So, day 5 feels pretty okay with me right now.
