Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. Today is only my 2nd day on Induction, so I don't really have anything to share yet. I've been reading alot trying to figure out what/how/when to eat. I'll post more as it comes to me....Nice to meet ya'll.

Hi and welcome. I hope you have read the DANDR book and know the rules of induction and have plenty of food on the acceptable list on hand. Here are a couple helpful links:

There are 3 things you need to do everyday -- 1) eat properly and remember, you aren't suppose to be hungry - 2) drink at least 64oz of water everyday and 3)do some exercise everyday.
Have you found the recipe sites yet?
