Hello everyone,
Due to ablation of my thyroid gland I didnt complete my induction, However all of that is behind me now, I have the ok from my doc to begin Atkins so Today is my first day (again lol!!)I am anxious and looking forward to the changes that will occur, Several years back I did follow the Atkins lifestyle and happily lost 30lbs. in 4 mos., In doing so I immediatly felt the positive effects of Atkins, no more brain fog, no more cravings for sugar, more energy, and well you all know the rest of the many benefits of following this lifestyle. I can not wait to begin to feel these benefits again, I know I am going to need your support, I thank you for your response Mitzmarie I hope we can continue to correspond, and by the way you look awesome!!

The recipe sites are helpful for meal planning – just make sure you use Induction Recipes to begin with.
