    I am a noob to this forum and have just started induction today. I have a long way to go (about 30 kg) and hope to get some support from the boards as I go.

      Everybody's gotta start somewhere. I've found this place very helpful so far. There are many people here with amazing success stories. If you stick with it, I'm sure you'll become one of them.

          welcome to ADBB. Join some challenges to meet new people and journal your thoughts to keep yourself on track. A lot of us use www.Fitday.com to keep track of our daily intake of food. Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water daily and start some form of exercise today.

            Hello and welcome. Making the decision to start is the first step. I have already lost 30 kg and it can be done. You have to be committed and patient but it WILL happen if you follow the plan and exercise.

              Thanks for your support and encouragement guys.

              Star Trek rocks! So many great characters and stories.
              Being an athiest I've been searching around for the equivilent of the religious 'bless you', and 'may evolution through natural selection favour you' is a bit of a mouthful.

                      Good so far. Next weigh in on Friday. A diet that lets you eat bacon and eggs for breakfast everyday can't be wrong. I'm already feeling less hungry between meals.
