Hey there Madmorgan. I've also tried the WW bit and it only worked for so long. I've lost twice as much in less than half the time with Atkins and can't wait to get it all off.

you will loose weight depending on your age, medication you take and other variables. Follow the plan as it was written 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) edition is what we follow here.
Eat only foods on the acceptable food list, drink at least 64 ounces of pure water daily (nothing added) and start exercising immediately -- once you get these things in motion your weight will come off.
