Hi everyone! Im on day 3 of phase 1 and am anxious for my first week weigh in. My friend talked me into trying this and she has lost 7lbs in 1 week!
I sure hope to have successful results
The eating part is pretty easy for me, I just need to stay away from my wine!
Any tips would be greatly appreciated, also I worked out tonight for about an hour and realized how weak I feel...is that normal?
