Hi Everyone. I'm new to the Atkins diet. I quit smoking almost 6 months ago and have gained 30 lbs. ARG!!! I never weighed more than 120 lbs. I am in the "Induction" stage. I know it's suppose to be for two weeks but I'm headed into the 4th week of this because I didn't know enough about it. I have only lost 3lbs. I didn't realize how strict this phase is. I continued chewing gum (remember I quit smoking) and eating a little sweets here and there. I've never had a potato, bread, pasta, etc but I have a tremendous sweet tooth. Anyway, I am starting all over again. No sugar in my coffee
