  • Day 7

Hi I am new to Atkims forum....but not new to atkins. I have done this diet very successfully before and fell off the wagon and ate myself back to my starting point. I have been in induction for 5 days and feeling great. Although I have had some low sugar fruit a few times I have still managed to lose 5 pounds. Can't wait to see e1's progress including my own. My only question is what are these awards I see people with on their signatures and how do I sign up for the challenges?

Hi and welcome back -- remember you're only suppose to be eating foods on the acceptable food list and nothing else....

Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support.
Check the recipe sites also - they are very helpful and will help make your meals so much more enjoyable. Make sure you are using induction recipes until you move on to OWL (ongoing weight loss)
