I am new to the forum. I have followed Atkins loosely for about 5 years now and maintained most of my 60 pound weight loss. However, after losing my dad on New Year's Eve, I stopped paying attention to my eating habits and about 15-20 pounds have crept up on me! I am hoping to lose these pounds and to lose an additional 10-15 to be in my target weight range!

Hey Bama, Sorry for the loss of your Dad. Losing a parent is one of life's saddest moments. I hope that you have many warm memories to carry with you. I'm new to ADBB myself but I have found many helpful people and a few budding friendships. It is so important to know that there is a large (did that sound right?) community of people successfully facing the challenges through the Atkins system. Welcome!Mick
