    Does it matter at what point she start a very strict induction? Like, does it have to be the first 14 days or can it be any 14 days of Induction? I obviously need to read the book lol.

      I am not sure. I would just measure from where you are clean and see how it goes.

            It has to be the first 14 days of Induction, because that is when our bodies burn through the glycogen stores. Some of the weight that goes into evaluating one's degree of metabolic resistance is water weight lost together with the glycogen.

            That being said, if the Rules of Induction were followed "loosely" during the first 14 days, the degree of metabolic resistance is likely to be overestimated (so one will appear more metabolically resistant than he/she really is). The same thing is likely to happen if one doesn't use the first 14 days to find the metabolic resistance. It's impossible to say which method would give the smallest error though.... just estimate it with whatever numbers you have.
