Well, I just signed up for this site, I am a member, just signed up today. I am a 34 y/o female living in southern Nh, USA. I started Induction about a month ago for the first time in my life, and I guess I wasn't doin it completely correct,
as I finally bought the Ketostix and am as of yesterday seeing a pinkish purple color.
I kind of figured I would have to stay in induction for awhile, I seem to be pretty resistant to losing weight, blah, it's annoying. Hopefully the Ketostix will encourage me.
I was never that interested in cooking so this will be a challange for me as far as cooking goes, but i'm sure i'll manage.
I have been hearing a lot about Flax Seed so I bought some individual serving packets yesterday, but I have no clue what it's exactly used for ?! Anyone ?
