    Tks Aways, and very nice to meet you. I find it interesting what you are saying , and what I've read, about diet pop... I drink a lot of it, but I wont' be after I officially start on the program. I've finding so much encouragement and information... I'm a bit nervous about getting going in a way, afraid I might mess it up or eat something wrong by mistake, but hey, live and learn. I even started a journal thread tonight, and I hope I can find it again to keep going, lol. I like your "goal chart"... I assume that it is put in the signature information? I might just try that... and congrats, you've done great. Hope to talk to you again. Debi

    Mini goals
    199- out of 200's -
    190 - where I was one year ago -
    180 -
    170 -
    160 - first mini goal then onwards to:
    150 -
    140 -
    130 - final goal - is it even possible?
