Its great to have found this site, I am really looking forward to becoming an avid member.
I am currently on day three of the induction stage and I'm feeling really positive. The only bug bare is I seem to be having are few little niggeling headaches. I'm drinking plenty of water and herbal teas, so should be well hydrated, so any tips welcomed.
My first task is to work out how you all have the weight ruler/scale thingey under your signature, I want one of these.
So here's to my new addiction, surfing the ADBB

SOme folks prefer sparkpeople.com to fitday so you might ant to check them both out and see which one is better for you personally. They both have some great attributes and get easier as you use them.
