At 26, with a very loving g/f and thoughts of what might be coming in the future, and with the concern of my family recently brought to my attention by my mom (they always know how to jerk at the heart strings), I've decided to really dedicate all my efforts into losing weight. I've done Atkins before with some moderate success but I always seem to fall off the wagon and go back to my harmful ways.

I too am a second time arounder, and know the dangers of falling off the wagon. Just try to think about what made you fall last time and don't let that happen this time! If you fall off the wagon this time, don't just lay there in the dirt. Go chase after that wagon! Get back on it! It's a fun wagon!
