I have decided to give this a go. Have met a friend yesterday who literally "shrunk" in the last few months. So have a lot of research to do! I know the basics, but will miss the fruit. My partner came home with mangoes! But I had smoked trout instead. OK so NO fruit, NO "carb" vegies like spuds, lots of meat, cheese, cream, anything else. CAn someone suggest a FRUIT which is allowed or something that TASTES like fruit. Miss it already (only cause I can't have it). Anyhow I am 130.3 kg right now (my heaviest), lost 30 kg previously with Weightwatchers but need to try something different as this time I need a FAST kickstart to get my will power working again. OK any tips or hints would be great. Will kkep you posted on HOW I GO in the first week. Had 2 lamb chops for brekky, smoked trout for lunch, 2 litres water, thinking about a scotch and soda.
