Holy cow your pictures are amazing ! i didnt realize it when i saw your name on the post , but when I first starting reading the bulletin board (about a month ago) , those were the pictures that motivated me to even start ! Thanks so much !


And I had two cups of plain black coffee today , just for energy. Tomorrow Ill try 1 , etc. Im still amazed that I havent been hungry all day . I just had breakfast and i feel like I need to force myself to eat ... Its great !

As a former hard-core caffeine addict... I feel your pain! I wasn't a coffee drinker - mine was diet soda and tea, though.

I slowly reduced my caffeine-to-water ratio over time... so when I started, I had my usual diet soda, but also a bottle of water, and for each sip of soda, I'd drink a sip of water. After a while, I'd take three sips of water for every sip of soda... and then I got to the point where I could go hours with no soda at all, and JUST water...

Today, I'm still drinking caffeine, but I drink one cup of hot tea in the morning, and I have one diet coke at lunch OR I'll have a cup of iced tea (unsweetened) at dinner (never both). If I don't have any caffeine during the day, I don't have a raging headache.

Skeptika23---You just had a little one not too long ago as well, right ? Its so funny...My name is Jackie, our family is PCS'ing(with the Army) to Missouri in January, and we started induction 1 day apart! Too funny ! how are you doing on induction?

Congrats on having the babies I bet they keep you busy.I see you have already started to do some exercise and understand alot about the diet.You seem determined enough to succeed so wishing you all the best on this journey.
