Hello all,
I finally decided to stop making excuses about losing weight and started my diet today, Jan 1st! Well technically yesterday, since it's the 2nd now. Anyway, I have been on Atkins before and lost about 30 pounds or so but didn't do it the right way. I just stayed on the induction and really didn't bother reading the Atkins book and following it. So this time around, I am going to read the book, follow it to the letter and make a lifestyle change rather than just treat it as a quick fix and wind up back where I started. I am rambling now so I will end this. But I will say, I am so happy to have found this forum and look forward to being a part of the community.
