Wow, the carb withdrawals (right terminology?) hit me pretty hard tonight. I started feeling a little rough this afternoon at work and on the way home from daycare with our daughter. I fixed some tuna and mayo and felt a little better but had to take a nap...was feeling really tired and had a headache. Just woke up and still dragging, about to make myself get up and make a bunch of cabbage and onions and eat supper. I'll be glad when this part is over!
