Also ... be aware that in the UK, fiber isn't considered a carbohydrate, so if you're using the carb counts on packages, the listing for carbohydrate is "net carbs".

Glad you found the board and are excited about starting the plan. Plan your meals for a fews days so you have everything in your home and you won’t be tempted to eat something not allowed. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin daily.
