    Also ... be aware that in the UK, fiber isn't considered a carbohydrate, so if you're using the carb counts on packages, the listing for carbohydrate is "net carbs".

          Welcome to the Atkins Board.

          Glad you found the board and are excited about starting the plan. Plan your meals for a fews days so you have everything in your home and you won’t be tempted to eat something not allowed. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin daily. Look at the challenges to see if there is anything that interests you - start a journal, it's a great place to get everything out in the open, be accountable to yourself - you'll also meet some great people there! http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...journal-chats/.
