    Heya

Hey atkineers, just a quick post to say hi and introduce myself, i'm sam age 26 and hoping to lose some of this fat around my belly!

I joined the forum a few months ago but have been reading up and preparing myself for this diet for a while now. I am currently on my 5th day and so far everything has been going well, lucky for me that i'm a big fan of the foods that are allowed on this diet.

Anyway, hi to you all and i hope this diet goes well and goodluck to everyone else out there working hard

Well i have started to get back into my old exercise routines although i am having to ease myself back into it as my fitness level has understandably dropped since i put all this weight on. I'm doing some resistance training 4 times per week with a session of light cardio every day atm (Jumping jacks and ski jumps, its too cold outside for jogging).

I've been managing pretty well with my water, i find myself needing quite alot on this diet so getting the minimum amount isn't proving too tasking.

And that website is awsome, hard to believe just how many things you can have that are low carb
