I'm back on Atkins after doing it 5-6 years ago. Last time I lost ~70lbs, after progress stalled out I slowly fell off the wagon and gained the weight back in the past few years.

I am now 24 and realizing I'm not invincible and need to take better care of myself.

I started on 1/09/10 and so far it is been a breeze enjoying meals I used to have during my last go and starting to invent new ones.

                Thanks for the warm welcome.

A few days delayed, probably because I didn't think about induction restrictions at first, but today I feel like death so that's good news.

It's been 18 days, results not as great as I had hoped, probably because started induction using the low carb tortillas and Diet Rite. See what happens when you don't read up like you are supposed to.

I don't have a scale so I'll never know what pounds lost are but I really don't care about except that is how people relay weight loss information.

I did measure my waist and arm though, and even that had been getting me down as there had been no change, well after not paying attention to it for a few days I checked again and appear to have lost about an inch, so spirits are high as I know it is working and the early slip-up is behind me.

Now hopefully soon I'll forget to check the measurement for a long while. Last time I was on Atkins I forgot all about it for a long while and when I checked it I had lost about 8 inches, that was a fun day.

And I'm sure the peanut butter and the Atkins bars aren't helping either.

Yes this happens to so many re starters Moss, they picked up some bad habits last time and when they restart they forget that you really should have a nice and clean start. Really following the rules is good.
Glad to hear that you had some progress. Stay away from those treats. Still with whole foods
